  • MY current role is a civil and structural technician, this means my daily tasks involve , Revit and AutoCAD drawings, scanning and printing and other general tasks that can aid my colleagues.

  • I have developed my team working skills having to communicate with others in my team on a regular basis. then skills on softwares

  • I find it a pleasant place to work and enjoy being involved

  • I would say a reasonable amount

  • Overall the programme is structured quite well and what's expected of of is always made clear

  • a good amount however the meetings with the training provider are quite spread out so work can pile up

  • a lot of support and its up to me to ask to keep asking for support

  • costs of travelling and parking at work do seem to amount quite high leaving little money for social costs

  • yes these are made available and I receive regular emails about this
