  • Yes learnt a whole new range of skills from starting due to on the job training and university.

  • I would not change anything, plenty of support, training courses , modules and opportunities. You get to see a wide range of projects and work with a variety of people

  • Valued, complimented for work carried out and provided with an amazing experience

  • Well organized, frequent modules and events

  • Sheffield Hallam university provide good education where as Laing O'Rourke provide excellent training courses to learn the necessary skills.

  • A lot of support as they want to develop young people

  • Starting salary as a trainee just covers my monthly costs

  • yes annual modules with other school leavers. Opportunities to attend schools advertise the company and share experiences, professional satisfaction.

  • Yes

  • Opportunity for young people, the financial and academic support and a fantastic company. You get to be involved in some fantastic projects across the country which gives you a sense of pride

  • Don't try to be someone your not, be confident, do a lot of research on the business and industry.
