Non Fault Recoveries - Recovering money for Credit Hire from at fault insurers on behalf of our customers who have been involved in non fault accidents/.

Developed my negotiation skills, and problem solving.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot as it teaches me lots of additional skills to utilise alongside my day to day role

I feel valued within this department.

It is well organised and I see my tutor regularly and am able to balance it with my day to day work

plenty of support and my tutor is always available if I have any questions

I receive enough support to do my work alongside my day to day role

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

Not particularly well and I just about make enough money to live, however with the new bonus I should now be receiving, I am hoping that this has changed.

There are plenty of charity events and fundraising events to get involved in as well as social gatherings and events.

Yes

It is a good company to work for and the day to day job varies from department to department but they always look after their staff

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?

Research the company and be prepared for interviews, dress smartly and understand what the company are looking for in an employee
