  • 9. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • All the teams I have currently worked with have been great and supportive, the salary is very rewarding for an apprentice, there are lots of opportunities available.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • When applying make sure you know your stuff about the bank, and ask as much as possible about the role you will be taking up as this is what I was unsure about for a while. If you do get the job take every opportunity offered to you and don't be afraid to ask for help, also don't be too nervous for the interview as the interviewer will most likely become your line manage, if you get the job.
