I work on behalf of DWP on the Personal independence payment account, I work on closing down claimants cases and looking for errors within cases to make sure minimal mistakes go back to the DWP

Yes I have learned many new skills and feel I have become more confident in myself. I have learned many things from business admin including presentation skills and developed my customer service skills from my previous retail role

I am really enjoying the programme so far and I enjoy working with my teams, colleagues and the work itself. As well as this getting to work with my other apprentices is brilliant as they are similar to myself

Very valued, they are a fantastic employer and my manager is so helpful and is helping me to develop as much as she can

Very organised, my in centre days aided me in passing my exams and my visits from my assessor keep me on track as they are regular and usually every 4 weeks

I receive sufficient support and know I would be able to receive more if I asked for it. There are many resources I can access for help

My employer is great, always there and me and my manager have monthly one to ones to keep up to date on what is happening

My salary exceeds my expectations especially in comparison to other companies and the rewards are excellent
