I work on shop floor, helping customers and completing tasks set by my team
I have learned lots of new skills and developed my product knowledge. Most of my improvements have been around customer service and cosmetics specialist skills
I have a brilliant team and I have enjoyed developing myself and my role, the only downside is with work life balance.
I feel I am valued, however I also feel like I have more potential that could have been used. I am in a role now that I feel can use my skills.
The program works well and the only improvement I would make would be to set an official time for apprentice folder work to enable stores to be more organised.
Very good support from my assessor and the team. Support given as needed and always available between visits.
My store has been supportive, I have been given lots of opportunities to work in different sections and completing different tasks.
I feel since the pay update that my pay is very good, I have no money concerns as it covers all my outgoings.
I feel I have a lot more opportunities now I have completed this programme. It is tough to get work but I feel I am capable of showing my true abilities.
Yes
It's a good place to work with a part time contract. Job is also stable.
Don't be afraid to ask questions, make the most of the opportunity you have been given.
