General Maintenance of the current working area. Attending University every 5 weeks for a full week at a time.
Yes, many maintenance techniques. Cherry picker and scissor lift operation. Theoretical skills by doing an HNC in the first 2 years
I enjoy the day to day work although it is very disorganised in general which I do not like as there is always an air of uncertainty.
I don't feel that valued at the moment as I am not fully skilled so do not offer as much to the company

A reasenoble amount of support is offered as there is always someone available to talk to about any issues
Support from management has been very minimal so far and have only met with them on occasion. HR support is good although I have had no reason to use it.
It is a very generous salary for an apprenticeship. It more than easily covers living, travel, daily and social costs
Yes there are always community initiatives going on that you can get involved in and company events are becoming more and more prevalent.
