  • My Job Title is Product Support Consultant. My daily tasks involve supporting client products and consulting on a technical level to customers. My daily interactions are with team members and customers mainly via e-mail but also via the phone on problem solving etc.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt lots of new business skills including time management and self-working skills. I have also gained qualifications that are industry recognised by going on training courses

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The actual apprenticeship was good, the college study however did have issues, but the company I work for was very supportive

  • I feel very valued by the company, they have invested lots of training and skill development with me.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organisations and structure was very poor on the college side, however Fujitsu was very organised and structured with training support and studying. they even dedicated time to my studies whist also working

  • Not much, needed improving dramatically

  • Lots of support and even my manager contacted the college for additional support.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary on the scheme was quite good as an introductory scheme.

  • Lots of opportunities, its just putting yourself out there to achieve them.

  • Yes

  • Because overall I enjoyed my apprenticeship experience.
