  • i am currently struggling to fit the work in but my tutor is very supportive and is helping me manage it by not asking too much of me. the team at work around me are more then willing to help support me with my work so i can go off to my one on one meetings with my tutor. i do enjoy it because it help me present my work better

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Enterprise Mobility?
  • not very. the only time praise is given is when it is brought to the managers attention. i take time to help all people around me make choices and make choices clearer but i don't get what i would call appreciation. i just get shafted if i dont get mine done cause i prioritize the team.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the programme is quite full on but if dealt with in the correct way manageable. the meeting of tutors is a nice space between sessions and they are easy to contact if needed between. we sort of take on the work we can handle unless some thing is needed to be done sooner rather then later
