  • Collection Supervisor, I am responsible for a team of ten employees and the collections for national Insurance accounts. This involves managing the department, goals and projects.

  • I am close to finishing an NVQ level 3 in management. This has helped with managing projects and expectations.

  • I enjoyed the course, my tutor was very friendly and helpful towards the end but I feel there could have been more help at the start of the course.

  • Very valued.

  • The program at the start was not as well structured as it could have been but this was ironed out throughout the course.

  • Make sure you use all experience as examples even when you feel it is not relevant as the skills you may have learned can be transferable.
