Dealing with supplier quality concerns. Problem solving with suppliers. Arranging internal and external meeting. Leading projects to ensure quality is maintained in our products.
I have learnt so through this apprenticeship in a relatively short time. Practical academic as well as general life skills have all been enhanced.
The overall programme is very enjoyable as my job role is great. There are certain aspects which aren't so enjoyable such as paperwork
Knowing the amount of time and money JLR invest in me, I feel very valued at JLR. The message from JLR management is that apprentices are the future leaders of this company
Being one of the first groups to undertake Trailblazer, the first year or 2 weren't as organised as expected. However in the workplace and at university, the structure is impecable.
Warwick University are really professional and continually support professional development through ties with engineering institutes such as IET IMECHE etc
Jlr are very supportive when it comes to professional and personal developement. This apprenticeship scheme is testament to that.
Salary is great compared to other apprenticeships. With a payrise every 6 months considering expectations are met.
JLR are very engaging with the community. I regularly organise and participate in Community events.
