  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is very kind and accommodating, taking a genuine interest in how things are going and how I feel.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary is higher than most apprenticeships, which I do appreciate. however given the level and type of work that I do, i feel i do deserve a higher pay rate, as mine is considerably lower than those i work with, who carry out the same job.

    6/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • there are many events and conferences available to us at 3M. outside of work i see the other apprentices as we all get along well.

    8/10

  • 9. Would you recommend 3M UK to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a relaxed environment, and everyone is very kind. the work ethic is really good and the flexibility is good.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to 3M UK?
  • be different in the interview and be confident - you don't have to be the smartest there, you just have to want to work hard
