  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the programme is extremely well organised. this year, the induction included going to buckinghamshire for 2 weeks (coming home at the weekend). during this period we had various different companies teach us different skills. for example, how to deal with different types of people you will meet in the office and how to manage your time. delegation is a key thing in my team which is great for keeping busy and learning new things. everyone is also allocated a budddie who teaches you the initial steps to the role and is always there if you need them.
