My laboratory technician role involves working in the drug delivery department on the designing and testing of inhalers
I have developed skills for working in the department and I have had opportunities for external trainig
I really enjoy working at 3M and being part of the team
I feel well valued by 3M, I am involved in a variety of projects
The program is relatively well organised. There were a few issues with the college to start with but they are now resolved
I receive a reasonable level of support from my training provider
I receive a good level of support from 3M
The salary offered by the apprenticeship is reasonable
