Work as part of a team to provide audit services to clients. Interact with many levels of seniority, both within my firm and with clients.

Studying for an ACCA qualification. Attend many internal personal development courses. Gain excellent skills from on-the-job training

The work is enjoyable, and varied. The people are brilliant, I'm always part of a good team, and the culture at the company suits me very well

Everybody is recognised for the work they do and the effort they put in. The feedback process encourages appreciation from peers and superiors.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

We were welcomed well into the Firm, and always knew what we were doing. We are on an organised training programme, and have a very clear idea of where we can go to receive any help that we need

Tutors at college are excellent, and are available out of hours if needed. At work, there is a system of support available, and I'd feel comfortable asking for help.

There are numerous social and corporate events organised by the Firm, as well as many sports teams and clubs for everyone to join
