1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:


I work as a maintenance engineer. This means attending and working on break downs to ensure the track runs correctly and production continues.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?


I have learnt many valuable skills on this apprenticeship.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?


I wouldn't want to be doing anything else.

4. How valued do you feel by Jaguar Land Rover?


I feel a bit valued but not overly

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?


The actual apprenticeship is organised well but the EEF training centre's side is organised poorly.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?


I receive a good amount of support

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?


I receive a good amount of support

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?


Money is low at the moment but when I am on full wage I will be in a much better situation.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?


There are many opportunities.

It is the best thing I've done in my life.
