My role currently is to be a college student at EEF trainingcentre and to be a learning mainteance engineer at JLR. This requires me to complete in BTEC but also learn the practical side of engineering
I have learn electronic and mechanical principles in my time as a college student. In my time at JLR i have also been on courses and learnt how to work in the workplace
Very much, as I have met many friends out of colleagues that i work great with. I also enjoy the different environment at JLR plant.
I feel very valued by JLR as they continue to remind us we are the future of their company. I believe it'll make me a valuable asset
The college BTEC lessons are very well organised and structered adequately. As well as many teachers giving additional support
Regular updates and one to one sessions give us plenty of support with our ITM's. Especially in the workplace or home lives
Personally i recieve a lot of support from y employer as they always assist to my needs, and constanlty give me oppertunities to better myself
Persnoally, as i am still living at home and dont have many finances and responsibilities to concern myself with. With my company i am more than sufficiently payed
Our company give many courses and oppertunities to learn. As well as standard training courses that our employers supply
Yes
Its a company that give so many opertunities to students just leaving school or college. Not to mention they pay extremely well for apprentice doing an apprenticeship.
To look at JLR tour days and courses they supply externally. As well as taking the assesmnet days and inteviews seriously
