Engagement Support- this involves communicating with members and clients to ensure everyone is aware of ongoing project activities.
Communication, confidence, organisation. How to network/make the most out of career opportunities.
Very much. There is a great team relationship, both with management and members. And members feel rewarded for their work which encourages everyone to work hard.
Very much, there are great member benefits and recognition schemes in place.
Things are often left to the last minute which can be stressful. But mostly, everyone contributes towards work meaning that no one is left feeling overwhelmed with too much to do.
I don't feel like we get a lot of support from our training provider. I am not entirely certain yet of even the exam content even though it is in March 2017, and we will not have finished the course until late Feb.
Lots of support, working hours are also flexible. Meetings are frequent to go over progress/objectives etc.
Very well paid for apprentices- however unsure on how pay will change after the apprenticeship.
I have been a member since March 2016, and have already been on numerous team nights out, as well as being invited to numerous events.
Yes
Great company with very supportive management. Career opportunities are everywhere, and transmission to other Career paths is easy and supported by senior members.
Get as much experience as you can beforehand, and think about how this applies to CGI. Also, do your research to learn about on going programmes.
