I thoroughly enjoy my programme, it has not only given me the chance to leearn many new skills in many different areas but has helped introduce me into the corporate workplace and further understand the legislation behind the running of a building
I feel that Fujitsu have invested a lot of time and effort into training me and im made to feel part of the team, ive taken on a lot of responsibilities since i have started and i feel trusted to be left alone and crack on with my work unsupervised, demonstrating that trust.
Now that we have a good plan in place for our Advanced level apprenticeship i feel its highly organisd with a plan set out at the start to go all the way through to the end of the year
I recieve support whenever i need it, although hes not based at a fujitsu site, hes easily contactable and resonds prompty to aaany queries i may have
My employer is very supportive even during busy times when the workload is high. I have been in situations where the workload for my manager has obviously been high but they have made the time to help me when ive been stuck or ive had a question so i cant fault them in that respect,
Living at home i do pay rent and run a car, so it can be difficult but if im wise with my money its okay, however a payrise would be nice i guess!
Yes, Fujitsu often have events outside of work that i have already attended, some of which are in london. They help to not only promote the companty but gain more of an insight as to what Fujitsu do as a company at a top level.
Yes
I think Fujitsu have multiple areas for a carreer opportunity whether it be Legal, Defence or Projects, there are many areas in which a young person like myself could join the company at a young age and " climb the ladder " They are also one of the largest IT companies and have a well known and good reputation Globally, it provides job opportunities in the future as well as the short term for when a job opporunity arrises in another country.
Im a strong believer in first impressions, so when applying, do all all you can to ensure the CV and covering letter is as professional as possible Also, Dress as smartly as possible for your interview, it always looks good.
