All of it, Anchor have taken the time and truly invested in this programme, they take our views as apprentices seriously and make changes if needed to support us

very, although we are on an apprentice programme, we are treated as equals alongside all other roles in Anchor

Very, the programme is all laid out at induction and always reviewed on face to face visits and on our apprentice away days. we have set working hours, i know exactly what i am doing

The training provider are good, they work alongside Anchor, i can ask them anything or speak to anchor advisor who will speak to the provider for me

lots, always somewhere there on the end of the phone, regular visits to the locations, or I attend organised planned days out of the location

Very happy with my salary, there is opportunities after 6 month to have a wage rise and also pick up bank care work
