My role involves logging complaints from customers and sending them to the location managers also to log ASB cases and provide the customer with the support they need to resolve the complaint. Complaints have to be resolved within ten working days. My role also involves answering calls and provident collegues as well as customers with the support they need.
i have developed talking over the phone and also using the system (north gate) i have also developed solving cases skills and communicating skills. I have also learnt writing skills as many of my day to day tasks involves sending acknowledgement letters to customers to make them aware that they complaint is being dealt with and who it is assigned to.
i have enjoyed this programme a lot. I have gained a lot of experience throughout this programme. I have met great people and enjoyed it a lot. I have been given a lot of opportunities to learn a great deal of things and also been provided a great deal of help when required.
Anchor is a great company and always make you feel welcomed. All the colleagues are polite and make you feel part of the company. They all treat you like a vital member of staff and also make you feel extremely welcomed at work which makes you want to come in everyday. Anchor is a great company and this is the best apprenticeship programme ever!
The organisation is well organised and structured. It is all straight forward and not confusing. You know what is expected of you and what you have to do on a day to day basis. You are told what you need to do to gain what is required of you.
I receive support whenever i need it. If you want help you just have to ask for it and it is provided straight away. Help is provided with all your qualifications and you always get updated with any delays.
I receive a lot of support from employers. Whenever i need support i only have to ask and support is provided straight away. Employers always encourage you to ask for support whenever you need it.
The salary meets my costs well. It is great for what day to day works you do. It is more than some companies actually give you.
There are many opportunity outside of work. From volunteering to other stuff. There are great opportunities and you are made aware of them all. There is never a moment when you are not made aware of them.
