My role on a day to day basis is looking after elderly people with dementia and making their lives better everyday and making them feel safe and secure and knowing they have people to talk to who care about them
I have learnt so much,I've learnt how to care for someone who is vulnerable and how to deal with difficult situations
I have enjoyed this programme so much!
I feel very valued,I feel like I have been made a big part of the team
Very organised
I receive a lot of support and I know I always have someone there for me if I need them
I get as much support as I could ask for,my employer is always there for me and I know I can speak to them if needed
It meets my cost well
A lot of different opportunities, going to different parts of London and meeting new people
Yes
Because it has made me a better person and it's made me realise how important life is and it has made me realise how much you can change someone's life just by talking to them everyday and being there for them
Make sure that you are determined for the job and that you are applying to the job to make people's lives better
