  • My role on a day to day basis is looking after elderly people with dementia and making their lives better everyday and making them feel safe and secure and knowing they have people to talk to who care about them

  • Because it has made me a better person and it's made me realise how important life is and it has made me realise how much you can change someone's life just by talking to them everyday and being there for them

  • Make sure that you are determined for the job and that you are applying to the job to make people's lives better
