  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Digital Marketing Citroën UK. I'm part of the team that works on the www.citroen.co.uk website and one of my projects is keeping the World Rally Championship microsite updated http://info.citroen.co.uk/wrc/#. This includes driver profiles, latest news, gallery and results. Being in Marketing we are always having agencies contact us trying to sell themselves we have to respect these calls even though we have current agencies we are happy working with. I am currently answering marketing director’s calls, which is giving me a lot of experience and getting myself known and also getting to know contacts.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?
  • Even though I have the job title of a BA I feel my input to the team and expectations are the same as everyone else, this self-motivates me to do my best and really give it my all in these two years. I've previously spoken about WRC this is a project I’ve now undertook and I did the testing to make sure the microsite had been well completed by the agency.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Once the applications had been finished and I was employed by PSA, i was invited to meet the other BA's before the starting date 09/09/13 but unfortunately I was away on holiday. When i did start here we had an induction week which was four days of challenges which increased the bonding of the BA's and teamwork but also the induction of the business.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Because I’m local I don't have to pay for travel cost or living cost because I’m still at home but when you compare this paid apprenticeship to others, you can see this is one of the best.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • I am involved in a lot of activities outside of work, so I don't really have time to look into depth what opportunities there are for us, we do a lot of volunteering with a group called BEN but I know there is a 5 side football match every Monday which people get involved in.
