Ensuring high level of customer service is giving. All jobs roles for my level of experience and what I am capable of doing
Throughout the year I have learnt a number of different things which will help me in the future. I have learnt how to do stock take on the store, top 30 which I now do each week, how to check the safe and what to do if there is any problems and who to tell if I see or notice anything that could be wrong or an issue
The programme has help d me a lot, it gave me more confidence without worrying. The programme was definitely enjoyable and in would recommend it to anybody that was considering going on to doing an apprenticeship throughout the company
Very strongly. I am part of the team and as much responsible as everybody else in the business. I aim high and ensure I try/do my best at all times. The company encourage me to try harder each time and give me ways to improve if needed
It was well organised, I never had an issue with the structure. If I had any problems they were sorted out effectively and quickly
The support I receive is excellent. Whenever I need the help I could always either ring or message them. They message me during visits to make sure that I know everything that i am set each time, also to see if I need any help.
I receive all the help that I need. Not only from the manager but other members of the team as well. If there is anything I am ever unsure about one of them will help me and ensure I understand or know fully. If there is any problems they will help to resolve.
Very well
