My role at Spring Technology is an Apprentice Resourcer, In a normal day I would be given a role to work, I would have to research who I'm recruiting for, and go find them suitable candidates. This would involve searching job boards, previous candidates on my tracker and using social media to make contact and qualify them.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I've learnt a lot of new skills. This Apprenticeship has helped me develop my communication skills from working with a range of different people, with different temperaments and experiences.
