  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • like every job it does have its ups and downs, but with Gist i have found there are mostly ups. I have enjoyed working with the people at gist and have found that the people who have worked here the longest are the ones who are the freindliest towards me. Whenever i feel i am struggling there is normally an FTE around how can help to point me in the right direction.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Gist Ltd?
  • i feel somewhat valued, there are many people who are trying to help me along in my apprenticeship and they're all there if you need help. from Gemma palmer who is charge of the programme to my mentor at another site they all try to help me with any issues i have.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I dont feel that the programme is well structured at all. For me, i learn better when i am shown what to do and then watched doing it to see how i get on, this has not been the case with most of my learning. Alot of the apprenticeship is self directed learning and if you want to learn something you have to ask. As someone who was quite shy when i stasrted i found this quite distressing to do, only as i have gotten use to the peole around me do i feel more comfortable doing this.
