  • 4. How valued do you feel by Mondelez?
  • Mondelez is the first large organization I have worked for. Despite the size of the company, it feels as if the individual employee is valued and the company encourages staff feedback about things such as health and safety concerns and improvements to methods of working.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme I am enrolled on required me to complete my basic training in a training centre before I started working on the company site. The training was well structured and timetabled with one day a week allocated for college. Every twelve weeks I meet with my manager and training provider where my progress is reviewed and I am given the opportunity to voice any concerns I may have.

  • 9. Would you recommend Mondelez to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I personally think that an apprenticeship offers the best of both worlds with regards to academic training and on the job experience. The programme offered by Mondelez surpasses many others considering the training and qualifications that are gained through completing it.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mondelez?
  • The application process was fairly lengthy with a combination of both written and practical tests to assess applicants. It would be a good idea to do some revision of basic engineering principles prior to attending the assessment days.
