  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • my day to day role in the training centre was to learn and carry out theoreticle and practile training activities. On the shop floor I am currently shadowing engineers and performing supervised tasks.

  • I have learent skills in the electrical and mechanical field of work. I learnt these skills from scratch having no engineering expearance but was able to progress and develop skills in both these fields.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the program very much as it offers alot of hands on practicle learning and th necisary support for my learning.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Mondelez?
  • I feel valued as part of the shift team, I was accepted into the team straight away and th engineers offer me suuficient support and advive when performing tasks.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is well structured, providing us with a years off site training in a training centre to provide us with basic engineering principles as well as allowing us access to sufficient support provided to help wit the work.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I have recieved alot of support from the training provider as well as additional support as and when required, such as if I have not understood something correctly.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have recieved sufficient support from my employer both on the shop floor, providing me with everything I would need to complete my tasks, as well as help building my portfolio of the jobs that I complete.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My sallary is sufficiant for someone in my possion. It covers the costs of running a car whilst living with parents, although their is the oppertunity for performance based pay rises each year.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Outside of work my attention is focus on the written side of the program, this includes writing assignments for my college course as well as completing writen reports of the tasks I have carried out that day for my portfolio. There is sufficient support available for this from college, my employer as well as colleagues.

  • Yes

  • It is a good company to work for that offer great rewards for your work as well as providing some of the best training avaliable to develop your skills and further your knowledge and career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mondelez?
  • Put in as much work as you can because the more work that you put into the program the more the program will reward you with benefits such as further knowledge as well as company benefits such as better pay.
