my role now consists of servicing both lifts and stairlifts on a daily basis aswell as carrying out breakdowns and repairs on both.
I've learned a number of new skills and attributes since i started my apprenticeship, alot of my new skills are electrically based such as using a multi meter testing voltages and fault finding
I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship, and would highly recommend anyone interested in doing one to do so.
I feel like a valued member of the stannah team, even more so further on in my apprenticeship I feel im valued more fpr what i bring to the company
The structure and organisation of the scheme is very good and very well layed out from college to on the job learning
I recieve all the support i need from my trainer i know if i ever need anything i can ask.
i receive all the support i need from my employer i kno if i needed anything or was unsure i could always ask and they'd be happy to help
my salary package tides me over so far but once i complete my apprenticeship my salary will be ample
there are often opportunities out side of work , for extra qualifications etc.
