  • Masting rail day to day, working in quality control, also trained in the jigs

  • Just a few, mostly on mast, as I already knew how to weld

  • It's okay, the days go by quickly and I get on with the other workers

  • Quite highly, help is always there if needed

  • Not very, it's a lot better now but at the beginning we got mixed around alof

  • None at all, rarely see the training providers at all, was good last year but has been poor since we left

  • Support is always there if needed and is easily found

  • Comfortably, payed well for the work I do

  • There isn't many to my knowledge, but there might be, we haven't been very well informed

  • Wage is good, the workers and managers are generally friendly

  • Keep your head down and try hard!
