  • Role is ever changing as you progress and the task very so you want be doing the same task everyday. Tasks include Board minute review, Trial balance casting, FS reviews, Account testing, etc.

  • Yes my IT knowledge of both Excel, Adobe editor and SAP have improved vastly since starting. Also have had the ability to improve verbal communication and general knowledge within my service line.

  • The Programme is extremely enjoyable as the Employees are great to work with and the Job is challenging but as such leaves plenty of room fro growth as a individual

  • Constantly values as a member of any team your on but on the large scale due to the size of the business you can feel undervalued at times

  • The programme is well structured to allow exam and study around the quitter parts of the Year and allows for a good steady progress over the 5 year period.

  • The Training provider is Kaplan and resource are good but some times lack detail.

  • All disabilities are taken into account when it comes to the support offered by the firm and they strive to ensure that everyone has all the support they need on a individual level.

  • Salary is Reasonable and allows for the room to move out off home and work and live within London and still have the ability to have the social life.

  • Yes the firm offers a number of clubs and also does great charity work and there is always the ability to join a club or aid in the EY Foundation

  • Just be yourself and remain calm when it gets to interviews and your do fine.
