  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • At the moment, I'm in the Carelines transformation team, where our aim is to bring the carelines in each market onto one central platform which is Salesforce, whilst implementing new capabilities that will improve consumer experience. My role within the team is as project support where i've been specifically managing the transitioning of emails to the new platform, supporting the delivery of train the trainer workshops, managing the implementation of an API onto sites and the migration of historic data onto the new platform. On a day to day basis I manage these different areas.

I'm given real work which is important to gain the most out of the programme and i'm well supported whilst doing so.
