  • My Job title is a infrastructure engineer, my day to day role consists of fixing users issues on applications and services that we support. I have some daily interactions with some other teams in our organisation regarding project work, and have continual interactions daily with our customers outside of the organisation. some of my responsibilities depend on the week and day, as I have allotted late shifts where I have to check that all of our services are running. and week slots where I have to assign cases to other memebers of the team using a rota I created.
