1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

8/10

My Role is a part of the PMO team on the Royal Mail account, I have daily interactions with Project Managers and provide support on project documentation and pushing projects through our internal processes. I also track these projects on a master spread sheet and provide weekly updates to Customers

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

9/10

I've learnt lots of news skills mostly interpersonal skills on how best to communicate and deal with situations. I have also attended project management training which has helped me develop further skills and better understand the role that people around me undertake

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

7/10

The programme is well structured and I mostly know where I am, what position I'm in and how I plan to progress in the future. I would like to have more comms. surrounding programme structure as initially I was unsure how my training and other activities fit into the wider picture.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

7/10

The training provider is good and helpful. My assessor is now setting me on the right path although I had problems with previous assessors not visiting me often enough. My tutor has been excellent throughout all workshops

I receive a good level of support from my employer. I have great team members around me who are always willing and able to discuss or support me with any issues I may have.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

8/10

I currently live at home so have no issues with my salary packages and costs due to minimal overheads. I am slightly concerned how moving accounts will affect this in the future but I'm hoping that this wont be an issue.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

9/10

Yes there are opportunities for outside involvement in school visits etc. and I am actively involved as part of the SPOC team for my business unit.
