  • 4. How valued do you feel by J.P. Morgan?
  • J.P. Morgan as a company is a huge organization therefore I feel that it is hard to feel valued by the company itself. That being said, on a Team / Department level this is the complete opposite. In my team I do feel valued and have been given responsibilities that have made me "an integral part to the team".

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme I am on is currently in its infancy. I am in the 3rd Cohort of this programme however it does not feel like it. I think the structure of the programme has been very well thought out and is definitely equipping me well for future years in the financial industry. Speaking to people in earlier Cohorts I have found this has backed up my point.
