  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very organised as when you first join you are told the basics and shown around and then given an employee handbook which is very detailed and gives you all the policies. Furthermore people in your team and area will show you around and introduce you to new people. You are given training courses to do as soon as you join and they go on throughout your stay here at Nomura. The support from my team and other teams is really great, they are all willing to help you learn and improve your knowledge.
