On a day to day basis I either card which is taking loose are of the shelves or look at working bread, chill etc, meaning I top up everything that's been sold.
I have learnt working on you're own and being able to complete a task is very important so it makes the job a bit more interesting.
I love my apprenticeship, as I'm getting spoken to like an adult but also, being able to do everything everyone else is doing who is older than me.
I feel very valued by Aldi because they treat there staff extreamly good, they also have a very good pay, to all the staff.
My apprenticeship programme is very planned out. With my store manger he makes sures my Tutors always come in, but also it's an on going programme so you have a lot of support off other members of staffz
I have very much a lot of support off my training provider, so everytime i don't do anything right he will always get me back on track and show me the right way.
My employer always has gave me support, always happy and respectful towards me.
My package, meets my monthly cost very well, Aldi pay amazing on apprenticeship so yes for my age is a very brilliant pay.
No, not for my age, if I was a bit older than yes. Not many people would take on young people. Maniky for health and safety.
Yes
Aldi offers a great role. It pays well, Aldi cares for you like it's you're own family.
My tips and advise would be, to never be slow, always give you're ideas to mangers if they are appropriate.
