Overall I love every aspect of my programme as it is something I have always sought out to do in my career ladder.
We were made to feel very welcomed by the whole team within VME. We have met the CEO and the head of BAS along with VME's coordinator. All the colleagues are always eager to help and are always open for conversation about work and out of work topics.
- Induction was very detailed - Training that is being provided is high quality - The programme is running very smoothly
- Tutor is always updating me with all the latest information via Intranet - There are multiple websites providing support in training
- Manager is always at hand and glad to help - HR is only ever a call away and always resolve every issue that I have had - Every time I've asked for support it has always been offered in a way that feels comfortable (Like they actually want to deliver it)
