I enjoyed my programme rather a lot, the people I work with day to day are all very nice and great bright people, I have made some friends within this role that I feel that I will keep for life and Fujitsu as a company are very very good to work for, the treatment is beatable and they really do care about there staff constantly investing in them and providing as much support as needed in every situation.
well, this has changed as per internal management, a good manager will make you feel valued and push you to progress but on the other hand another manger will just focus on other things, my current manger makes me feel very valued and is helping me with my progression within the company.
In regards to how the company structures this is very good, time scales are provide and lots of support given when they move you around also giving you freedom to try other areas of the business if you wish, in regards to the education, not so much, from what I can see there very under staffed and one man runs the whole technical side meaning getting any time alone with him is very very hard due to the fact there is one meeting a month and in that meeting there are 10 plus students and progress is very hard to make for me in this environment.
Explained above.

it dose the job.
after I complete my training, yes many doors will now be open to me.
Yes
Great company, they look after their own and care about there staff, what more could you want.
The progress may seam long winded but hold tight, case for updates every couple of days (on the phone) and it will pay off for you in the long run.
