  • 2nd line support for Fujitsu on the Morrisons account. Fixing any hardware and software issues on Morrisons tills.

  • I'm enjoying the programme very much and feel its progressing along nicely.

  • I feel valued by Fujitsu and have been trusted to produce documents for others.

  • Its progressing along nicely, although I feel college meetings could be more frequent.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I'm only 3 months into the apprenticeship, so I haven't really had a chance to get going on the college side of things. Although the training I have received so far has been fantastic.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have been assigned a mentor which has really helped me to settle into the company. My manager is regularly checking up on me, to see how things are going.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I live locally so traveling isn't an issue. So meets my costs fine.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Apprentice meetings are setup to give you an opportunity to meet other apprentices. Fundraising opportunities are avaliable for you to choose.

  • Yes

  • Good place to work, decent salary for an apprenticeship.
