I am a Product Support Consultant, and i provide 2nd line IT Support on all Fujitsu products. My daily tasks include dealing with customer queries, Corprate and Consumer. I also manage our internal support website and provide support for internal departments as well.
I have learnt new skills such as my professionalism, and i have also developed my communication skills. i have also recently been on several internal training courses such as Manual Handeling, Creative Presenting, and various e-learning modules. I have also been on some external trianing to get an industry recognised qualification.
I enjoy working as an apprentice as I am always learning and my surrounding team members are very supportive. this apprenticeship has meet my expectations and I feel that I am really starting to develop into this career.
I feel valued as an apprentice as i continuly get appreciation from my manager and fellow team members. i am always envolved in varoius tasks and i feel that i am internally recognised.
My training, job and apprenticeship are very well structured and I feel that I am always being provided with a backbone to help my learning and development.
I recieve a lot of support from my Assesor and workplace mentor, I always feel like i can talk to people about any issues i have and there is always guidence from people like my manager.
I feel that there is a decent amount of support from my employer. if i have any queries about my job i can always contact HR and they have always answered to my queries.
I feel that my apprenticeship salary meets my costs.
i have been to various events since starting my apprenticeship and I enjoy the available oppertunities as an apprentice.

Chase your application if you have not heard back from them. HR were late sending out my documents such as contracts and induction documents. when in an interview be yourself. Ask Questions once your employed. it will help your induction
