  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The Brightstart induction was well organised, and there was various training courses set up in our first 4 months as new joiners. We have a support network which is good. There was slowness at times but overall a well-structured programme.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary is sufficient for my costs. Travel expenses are my most expensive cost and although the salary is quite low, when you take into account that Deloitte is paying for my degree it balances out.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

  • 9. Would you recommend Deloitte to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a good firm to work for and is definitely one of the more social ones about with lots of opportunity to meet new people. I think the people are one of Deloitte's biggest assets which isn't a bad asset to have.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte?
  • To school leavers considering the scheme I would say, yes the application and interview process seems daunting, but it's worth it in the end and you will feel all the more accomplished for getting through the process. It is a firm with many opportunities, for both travel and career progression and it is an opportunity not to be missed.
