  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Personally I find living costs can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially in the earlier days of apprenticeship when the salary was lower. I had to move down here for the job and living on your own on an apprenticeship wage isn't ideal. There are months where I run out of money but I can't complain. Sacrifices have to be made for the long run. We also get a very nice bonus

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are occasional family days run by Mercedes locally. Unfortunately as I live away from home I go back home nearly every weekend so I'm not normally in the area when they're on.
