I am included in all tasks and I am treated more like a technician than an apprentice. - This is a really positive thing, as it prepares me for when my apprentice comes to end. (My team understands I am still an apprentice and they assure me I can always ask for help!)

Very structured! My managers jobs is to purely just look after just the apprentices and organise training for us and technicians on site.

I have received lots of on site/ off site training. My manager organises all of this.

Lots of support, my manager is always near by and he encourages us to speak up if there is anything wrong. He has also organised more college days so my class can catch up on college before the summer holiday starts.
