  • To deliver great customer service and help any customers who need it. Also things such as planograms, event counts etc. Being responsible for selling star buys and registering beauty cards.

  • I have learned to be more confident with customers to give them the best service and product knowledge. Also I have learnt ways of working within a team and also independent learning.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed gaining the experience within the workplace to also engage in a team work to help the store and the customers. I have enjoyed working with all types of people and meeting and greeting customers.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Superdrug?
  • I feel very valued in the sense of being able to do things that manages can achieve. I have been very involved within the business with different types of projects that needed to be completed.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think the programme is very organised as It gives you time to complete your folder and also meetings with the assessor are very useful to see what things you are doing well with and things that need to be improved.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I have received a lot of help through my assessor to make my confidence higher and be able to work on things I needed to. If I ever had a problem within the workplace I could talk to my assessor to see what can be done.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have received support from management for things such as if I am confused or need information on anything whilst I am doing a job I can always receive that help.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I think it is very reasonable as I don't need to pay for my living. I have to pay for my traveling but that is not very much and its easier to budget.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are a lot of opportunities outside of work with the experience I have gained. I can also feel more confident in trying new things outside of work.

  • Yes

  • Because all the staff are very friendly and have helped me gain the confidence I needed, also if you needed any help they are always there to guide you down the right path.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Superdrug?
  • I would advice anyone to be as confident as you can and go with an open mind. Also down to trying new things to gain the best experience you can. There are a lot of opportunities within the business to try and achieve.
