  • To give out jobs to members of staff , to cash up at the end of the day, to also be in charge of deliveries , to do paperwork and make sure it's all up to date.

  • Yes I have developed in cashing up and learning how to do it properly , I have learnt how to do module stores and worked in different shops.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was very learning experience , I learnt a lot of new things I have taught people how to use the tills , to use the gun and to give good customer service

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Savers?
  • Feel very valued and appreciated , been credited a lot by the manager , have also been thanked by the area manager and been put in a leaflet

  • It is very well organised we have a structured meeting dates , also you are well helped by you're managers and colleagues and you're tutor

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Have reiceved support perfectly from the manager right down to all the members off staff and my tutor has also helped when I have needed help

  • All the support I need whenever I have asked for help they have fully helped and supported me , that is from everyone who is employed in savers

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Very well because it is an increase in my pay which is very good , it means I can start saving more money taking driving lessons and to eventually buy a car

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yeah their are many stores around the area I work in which is always helpful and useful , therefore their will always be opportunities for me

  • 9. Would you recommend Savers to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a very well run store it treats customers to the highest standards , it is a fantastic working environment and it offers you great job roles which you can progress in with hard work a good attitude


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savers?
  • Be prepared to work hard but it's worth it , always be ready to help cyst ores whenever they need it and to always be kind friendly and well mannered
