Apprenticeship sales advisor.working on tills, customer service and stock replenishment.
I have learned everything from cash management to dealing with customers.
I have really enjoyed working with the team here and completing my programme
I feel very valued by Superdrug and they have got me another role in another town because I am moving
Very well structured and it fitted in well by having work set monthly and targets to achieve. I have trailed the e portfolio with the company
As much as I needed and it was easy to contact my assessor by phone, text or on the e portfolio system
As much as I needed. I was trained on the job and I could just ask if I needed help. There was always someone to help
It meets my costs as I live at home and do not pay anything other then travel. It would not be suitable if I lived independantly
There is iPad training and team meetings which are paid for
Yes
The company induction is very good. Once you are trained in everything you can choose departments and tasks to do on a daily basis depending on what needs to be done on that day. It is a fun place to work in
Research the company so you have information for interview. Talk about you own customer service experience and show your personality
