  • I am a sales assistant and my day to day activivities include: customer service, selling, putting out deliveries and housekeeping

  • I have learnt lots of new skills and really built my confidence. I now know what it is like to work in a team and have really improved on my IT skills by using the tills and the HHT to do lots of jobs in the store.

  • I like love working at Savers and have really enjoyed the training programme

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised. My Assessor visited every month and set me work. It was good because I learned in store and from my Assessor but it wasn't like being at school or college and I didn't feel under pressure. There was always someone to help Lp

  • Lots of support both on visits and in between Visits by text and phone calls.

  • My Employer was really supportive too and helped

  • It could be better although it was great when it was increased last year.
