  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was very well structured. It looks like a lot of work to do, but it feels a lot less as it was all split into sections. These sections are small with only a few tasks and some questions to complete. Very easy to do in your spare time.

  • 9. Would you recommend Savers to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Savers is a friendly company, I get on with the area manager well. We all do our hardest work and support each other if one is struggling, there are also lots of training opportunities as well.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savers?
  • Expect to work very very hard! It is tiring work (maybe because we have stairs?) but it pays off because you can really see the difference it makes to the store. Make sure to get to know and be friendly with colleagues too.
