  • 9b. Why?
  • All of the above. It is hard to get in but I cannot sell this course enough. the amount of experience gained through this course allows transition inside the company, as well as anywhere in the industry with the Rolls-Royce Logo on your CV.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • I would suggest being different, do something that the other haven't . the application process is long and therefore you need to be prepared. they arnt looking for quantum physics, they will be looking for likable, driven individuals that are prepared to learn. Genuine thought for choosing an apprenticeship needs to be considered and don't be afraid to understand your own personality and what works for you.
